RESEARCH DATA USAGE IN COMPARATIVE ADVERTISEMENTS
According to the amendment made in 2017 on the "Commercial and Unfair Business Practices Regulations” about the validity and accuracy of the data given in the comparative advertisements, the advertisers are obliged to prove their claim in the advertisements with scientific data.
